Chief Operating Officer (COO)


As the Chief Operating Officer, Howard oversees all aspects of IT support at Tier 1 Techs, ensuring that all of their client’s IT challenges are resolved to their expectation. He delegates responsibilities, schedules availability, coordinates ongoing maintenance and updates information systems in order to improve their client’s processes. An important part of his job includes scouting existing technologies, learning about new systems, managing relationships with existing vendors and vetting new solutions coming to market. Howard prides himself on coordinating his team to facilitate the best results for their internal and external clients.
